Christina Wan is the Summer Session Initiatives Program & Operations Manager at Georgia Tech. Prior to coming to Georgia Tech, Christina worked in Georgia State University's Multicultural Center. Christina received an M.Ed. from the University of Florida, and a B.A. from Trinity University. Christina has experience working in residence life, multicultural affairs, and career & leadership programs. Throughout her career, she has gained experience advising student organizations, teaching first-year students, and working with mentorship programs. She holds leadership positions in the NASPA (Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education) and SACSA (Southern Association for College Student Affairs). She is a past recipient of the SACSA New Professional Award, NASPA-Florida Graduate Student of the Year, NASPA Multiracial Knowledge Community Outstanding Member award, and NASPA Campus Safety & Violence Prevention Knowledge Community Hero award.
When she is not working, Christina can be found studying, as she is also a Ph.D. student in Georgia State University's Department of Sociology.
